Photography for weddings in Taiwan is big business. Just in Yuanlin alone, there are dozens of wedding photography shops all along the main street. A few weeks or months before people get married, they go out with a photography team for a day or two (or longer!) and shoot photos at special locations around the country. They wear dozens of different outfits, and get their hair styled and their make-up done according to the outfit. In the end, after lots of airbrushing and editing, the couple is left with a beautiful book full of (sometimes cheesy) photos, for all the guests to see at their wedding. This photo was taken at a park in Taichung, where a bride and groom to be were posing for their photographer.
